With the support of a grant from the British Sub-Aqua Jubilee Trust members of SSAC have conducted a number of dives on both sites to learn more about these wooden vessels, their construction and cargo in an attempt to find out more about their voyage and their loss.

We are located within Tudor Sailing Club's premises just off Portsmouth's Eastern Road. Visit the club on a Thursday evening from 19:30 onwards, complete some paperwork and pay the appropriate fee(s). We even have easy payment terms. If you’re already a qualified diver, remember to bring your qualification details and log book.
